From Photography to School Spirit- A Journey of Service
NYCSSW was founded in 2019 by Conrad and his late wife, Jacqueline, who shared a vision of serving New York City schools with high-quality, custom spirit wear and merchandise. Before launching NYCSSW, Conrad and Jacqueline worked together as photographers, capturing meaningful moments for families, students, and communities throughout NYC.
While they loved photography, the physical demands of carrying heavy equipment became increasingly challenging. At the same time, they recognized an opportunity to continue serving schools in a new way-by helping students, staff, and families express pride and celebrate milestones through custom apparel and merchandise.
Drawing on their creative backgrounds and commitment to quality, they transitioned into the school spirit wear industry. NYCSSW was built on the same values that guided their photography work: attention to detail, personal service, and respect for the importance of each school event. Though Jacqueline passed away in February 2019, her vision and spirit continue to guide the company. Today, Conrad-along with dedicated team members like Raymond-carries forward that mission every day.
NYCSSW now serves schools from daycare through high school across all five boroughs, with a strong focus on the Bronx and Queens. As a veteran-owned business and proud ASI member, we bring discipline, reliability, and creativity to every project. We're not just a vendor-we're a partner in building school spirit and community.

Conrad co-founded NYCSSW in 2019 with his late wife, Jacqueline, bringing their creative vision and commitment to quality from photography into the school spirit wear industry. As a veteran, Conrad brings discipline, attention to detail, and dedication to every school partnership. He personally oversees Brooklyn and Queens accounts and values building long-term relationships with schools.

Raymond joined NYCSSW to expand service throughout the Bronx and Manhattan. With a passion for education and community building, Raymond works closely with administrators and PTA's to bring school spirit wear ideas to life.
